Hi! I'm Krista Robinson, Stress Strategist for Executive Women.
I'm passionate about helping ambitious women in corporate leadership redefine their relationship with achievement.Â
I will help you transform how you think about balance, not as a rigid equation, but as a flow you design for yourself.
Our deepest energy doesn't come from how fast we run, it comes from knowing and feeling we're on the right track.
LET'S GET STARTED
"When we stop chasing someone else's finish line,
we can finally start enjoying the run."
Growing up in a small town of less than 5,000 people, I learned early the power of genuine connection and community support.Â
My mother showed me how creating warm, welcoming environments could transform lives—from family gatherings to conversations with strangers on planes. This foundation in authentic connection would shape my approach to both corporate leadership and personal transformation.
Like many, my path wasn't linear. After stepping away from university science studies, I found my way to business—a decision that taught me the importance of designing success on my own terms. My journey beyond small-town boundaries began at 30, a step that seemed small to others but represented a profound leap into the unknown.
Through various transitions, I discovered that authentic support systems make all the difference — the people who lifted me up and believed in me until I could believe in myself.
My career in professional services spanned just over 30 years, including 12 years as partner at EY.
I built significant expertise while developing a reputation for creating supportive work environments where everyone had a voice. When I made partner, my team arrived at my office with a two-foot-tall card, celebrating our collective achievement.
This same team later supported me when I needed to work remotely to care for my dying mother—stepping up to maintain our practice while supporting each other.Â
It was my own experience with what I now call "burnout creep" as an EY partner that transformed my understanding of high performance.
A transition that moved me to Quebec and into a French-speaking environment taught me that success isn't about pushing harder—it's about alignment with what energizes you.
This experience ultimately revealed how burnout can creep in slowly, often masked by high achievement, and showed me the importance of balance in sustaining long-term success.
As a marathon runner, I discovered profound parallels between athletic achievement and corporate success.
Qualifying for the Boston Marathon taught me that excellence comes not from constant sprinting, but from finding your natural rhythm.
This wisdom proved invaluable when, during my mother's illness, I maintained both my professional practice and running practice -finding clarity and strength not through perfect balance, but through authentic alignment with what truly mattered.
Today, as a Stress Strategist, I help executive women create success that feels as good as it looks.
Drawing from both my corporate leadership experience and athletic wisdom, I guide leaders in maintaining their ambition while finding their own flow—showing that sustainable excellence comes from authentic rhythm, not relentless pressure.
